Data Center Our servers are located in 3 heavily fortified Internet data centers in Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, and Dallas, TX. Servers are placed within air conditioned secure environments to ensure maximum uptime. We have a huge connection capacity worldwide with built in redundancy. Each server is hosted on a 100MB fully burstable connection.

UPS Power Backup
All of our servers are
plugged into a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). UPS's serve as an
intermediate power supply in the event of a power failure to give us
ample time to power up the backup generators.
Data Backups Each
night we backup all our systems, which means in the event of
system failure, you should have not lost any files. We also keep
daily, weekly and monthly mirrors of your data.
Network Monitoring The critical services
on all of our servers are monitored redundantly: once by the servers
themselves, and once by an external monitoring system. If a service
fails, the server is aware of it within 120 seconds and
automatically informs our technicians as well as attempting to
restart the service itself. This double tiered system provides our
customers with maximum service uptime and reliability
